The LoginControl object extends the SearchControl object and defines the property mappedProperties.

  • mappedProperties: used to specify a list of alternative principal names which are mapped to existing VMM properties.

    • getMappedProperties

      public List<String> getMappedProperties()
      Gets the value of the mappedProperties property.

      This accessor method returns a reference to the live list, not a snapshot. Therefore any modification you make to the returned list will be present inside the JAXB object. This is why there is not a set method for the mappedProperties property.

      For example, to add a new item, do as follows: 

       getMappedProperties().add(newItem);
